Position Overview
The Social Media Manager will play a vital role in enhancing our brand reputation, driving customer engagement, and developing creative social media strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written content) across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, utilizing data to make informed decisions and optimize social media initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure brand consistency and alignment on social media initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and analyzing performance to maximize ROI.
- Engage with our online community, responding to inquiries and fostering positive customer interactions.
- Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with product launches, promotional campaigns, and corporate events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally within a technology or services company.
- Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and engagement strategies.
- Strong writing and communication skills with a portfolio of content you have developed.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box when it comes to content creation and campaign development.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-based environment.
